Transverse and sagittal sections of E7.0 wild-type and Nr4a3^tm1Wnt/Nr4a3^tm1Wnt embryos. A-I: Hematoxylin and eosin staining of paraffin embedded serial section of E7.0 embryos was performed. The genotypes of individual embryos were determined by PCR analysis: wild-type (+/+, A-C), Nr4a3^tm1Wnt/Nr4a3^tm1Wnt (-/-, D-I). J-L: Sagittal sections of the embryos show an abnormal accumulation of mesodern in mutant embryos (K and L) as compared with the wild-type littermate embryo (J).
