Iris hypoplasia at postnatal day 0 in Lgr4^{Gt(LST020)Byg}/Lgr4^{Gt(LST020)Byg} (-/-) mice. H&E staining of iris in early stage of eye development. The irises show similar lengths between wild-type (+/+) and mutant mice at E16.5. At P0, the iris of mutant mice is significantly shorter and thinner than the wild-type. (Scale bar: 43 um).
