Phenotype Image Detail
Image
Caption Adrm1 deficiency affects body weight and composition. Body weights (A) and composition (B) were measured for wild-type (Rpn13+/+) and Adrm1Gt(OST128063)Lex/Adrm1Gt(OST128063)Lex (Rpn13-/-) mice at the time points and intervals shown. Minimum 3, maximum 38 mice were studied at each time point. Numbers above bars indicate P values compared to wild-types. (C) Representative images of CAT-scan analysis of 16-week old male mice with the indicated genotype. An additional male and a female mutant mouse were also analyzed along with wild-type littermates and showed similar increases in fat deposits as marked on the image.
