(A) Polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV) phenotype ranged from weak to severe based on indocyanine green angiogram (ICGA) leison number and size. (B) There were minimal changes on ICGA lesions over three months in this Tg(BEST1-HTRA1)#Ybf/0 mouse. (C) Increased number of ICGA lesions in a 10-month-old mutant mouse compared with the same mouse at 7 months of age.
