Expression is also seen in domains with the developing metanephros (mt). (B) Expression in the spinal cord (sc) and developing metanephroi (mt). (C) Magnified view of the metanephric mesenchyme (mm) shows expression is restricted to mesenchyme adjacent to the invading ureteric bud (see arrows).
