H&E staining of wild-type (WT) and Cd200r1^tm1Eakj/Cd200r1^tm1Eakj (CD200R1^-/-) (KO) brain sections prepared on day 3 post-intracranial infection (10X) show that mutants clear HSV-1 virus more efficiently than WT mice. Data is representative of 2 separate experiments each with 3-5 mice per genotype (n = 7 WT and n = 8 KO).
