Sppl2a^tm1Basc/Sppl2a^tm1Basc Cd74^tm1Liz/Cd74^tm1Liz splenic IgM+ B cells are indistinguishable from wild-type and Cd74^tm1Liz/Cd74^tm1Liz cells, with similiar numbers of vacuoles per cell.
