Lung sections from Ptk2^tm3.1Guan/Ptk2^tm3.1Guan Tg(MMTV-PyVT)634Mul/0 (PA/PA-MT) mice and controls (four to six sections per mouse) were prepared 8 weeks after primary mammary tumor onset and stained with H&E. Histological analysis showed a decrease in the number of metastatic nodules in mutants compared with that in controls.
