Fbxl5^{Gt(OST386421)Lex}/Fbxl5^{Gt(OST386421)Lex} (Fbx15^GT/GT) embryos exhibit growth retardation with respect to their wild-type (Fbx15^+/+) and heterozygous Fbxl5^{Gt(OST386421)Lex}/Fbxl5⁺ (Fbx15^+/GT) littermates. Embryos were harvested at day E9.5 and fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde. Bar, 1 mm.
