Hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining to show tumor formation; CD45, immunohistochemistry using antibody to CD45 to detect leukocytes; B220, immunohistochemistry using antibody to B220 to detect B cells; CD3, immunohistochemistry using antibody to CD3 to detect T cells. The tissues of wild-type (WT) mice have a normal structure (left), whereas those of Polg^tm1Jiha/Polg⁺ (+/m) mice show of the development of B-cell lymphoma, because they stained positively with CD45 and B220; but not with CD3 (right).
