Comparison of the appearance of E9.5 embryos, that are either wild-type (wt), heterozygous (PKCi^fRes/+) or homozygous (PKCi^fRes/fRes) for the Prkci^{tm2.1(Prkcz)Ltg} allele. At E9.5, Prkci^{tm2.1(Prkcz)Ltg}/Prkci^{tm2.1(Prkcz)Ltg} embryos are severely retarded in growth.
