Specific deletion of Lyn in dendritic cells (DCs) leads to inflammatory disease in mice. (A) Liver, lung, and skin (ear) sections from 8-month-old control, Lyn^tm1Sor/Lyn^tm1Sor (lyn^-/-), and Lyn^tm1.1Calo/Lyn^tm1.1Calo Tg(Itgax-cre)1-1Reiz/0 (lyn^f/f Cd11c-cre⁺) mice were analyzed (H&E staining) for the presence of inflammatory cell infiltrates.
