Transverse sections of control Ubr4^tm1.2Nkt/Ubr4⁺ Edil3^{Tg(Sox2-cre)1Amc}/0 (p600^+/-) and Ubr4^tm1.2Nkt/Ubr4^tm1.2Nkt Edil3^{Tg(Sox2-cre)1Amc}/0 (p600 cKO) heart at days E13.5 were stained with anti-Ki-67 antibody. After immunohistological staining, the samples were counterstained with hematoxylin. Magnified images of the ventricular wall (top) and the interventricular septum (bottom), the region indicated by rectangles, are shown in the right panels.
