(A) Immunofluorescence image analyses showed colocalization of Lamp1-coated vesicles (green) and autofluorescence (red) in mutant but not in wild-type (WT) liver. Liver sections were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Scale bar: 20 um. (B) Representative transmission electron microscopy micrographs of KCs from WT and mutant liver. Large storage vacuoles are visible inside mutant KCs (arrow) (N, nucleus). Scale bars: 2 um.
