Analysis of lymph node cells from the Bub1b^tm1.1Hsl/Bub1b⁺ (K243R/+) mice. Lymph node sections from the mutant mice were stained using an anti-B220 antibody and were counterstained with hematoxylin. B cell hyperprolifration is see in the lymph nodes and consists of large, often, fragmented, nuclei with irregular shapes.
