Vacuolation of lens fibra (cataract). The pathology of lens of Myh9^tm1.1Dash/Myh9⁺ (R702C+/-) and wild-type (C57BL/6j) mice at 20 weeks stained with Hematoxilin-Eosin. Several samples of heterozgyous mutant mice show vacuolation of lens fibra just below the epithelium lentis.
