The Q576R substitution in Il4ra promotes acute antigen induced allergic airway inflammation. OVA-sensitized control (Q576) and Il4ra^tm2Tch/Il4ra^tm2Tch (R576) mice (n = 13 and 11, respectively) were challenged intranasally with OVA on three consecutive days and analyzed.
