Immunohistochemistry of wild-type (WT) and Fen1^tm3.1Bhsh/Fen1^tm3.1Bhsh (ED) kidney and lung. Tissue sections of kidney and lung of WT and mutant mice were stained with antibodies to mouse IgG (green) and complement component C3 (red) and analyzed by fluorescence microscopy. Photomicrographs indicate that IgG-C3 immune complex deposited (yellow spots in merged view) in the kidney and lung of mutant mice. Scale bar, 25 um.
