Transmission electron microscopy of E18.5 tongues. Transmission electron microscopy images of tongues from heterozygous (Het) and homozygous (KO) Stac3^{tm1a(KOMP)Wtsi} E18.5 mice shows the presence of sarcomeres in the mutant muscle, but with marked disorganization compared with a heterozygous littermate.
