Caption Disruption of Spg11 decreases the regeneration of lysosomes in Spg11Gt(EUCE0085f05)Hmgu/Spg11Gt(EUCE0085f05)Hmgu mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs). Upon 6 hours of starvation, lysosomes were depleted in both wild-type (WT) and Spg11Gt(EUCE0085f05)Hmgu/Spg11Gt(EUCE0085f05)Hmgu (KO) MEFs.
