Failed proliferation of granule neuron progenitors (GNPs) in the Cep120^tm1.1Blnw/Cep120^tm1.2Blnw Tg(Nes-cre)1Atp/0 cerebellum. BrdU labeling showed BrdU incorporated into a significant number of granule neuron progenitors (GNPs) in the wild-type (WT) cerebellum (upper panels), but not in the Cep120^tm1.2Blnw/Cep120^tm1.1Blnw Tg(Nes-cre)1Atp/0 (Cep120^-/f;nes-cre) mutant (lower panels).
