Macroscopic view of wild-type (WT) and Jup^tm1.1Chen/Jup^tm1.1Chen (MUT) and Masson's Trichrome stained epidermis isolated from postnatal day 1 mice. Note the more wrinkled, looser skin in the mutant mouse and the thinning of the epidermis as well as the lack of milk in the stomach compared to its wild-type (WT) littermate. Images are representative of 4 mice per genotype. Scale bars, 10 mm.
