Caption | H&E staining readily identifies immune infiltrates in the liver tissue from Pip4k2ctm1b(KOMP)Wtsi/Pip4k2ctm1b(KOMP)Wtsi (KO) mice. (Scale bars, 100 um.) The area of immune infiltrates of H&E-stained liver tissues was quantified using ImageJ software. Twenty-five mutant mice and 12 wild-type (WT) mice (four images per mouse) were examined. The results are presented as means SE of the means. (E) Immune infiltrates in liver tissue of the mutant mice are mostly T cells and B cells. The mutant liver sections of two animals (KO1 and KO2) were incubated with anti-CD3, anti-B220, and anti-Mac2 antibodies, respectively. | ||||
