Characterization of inflammatory cells in bronchoalveolar lavage fluids (BALF) from OVA protein-immunized and challenged Cd276^tm1Lpc/Cd276^tm1Lpc mice. The cells were spun to slides, and then stained with HEMA3 (Original magnification: X60). (C) Lung paraffin sections of nave, allergic wild-type, and mutant mice were stained with H&E and PAS (Original magnification: x20). Peribronchial and perivascular inflammation and mucus-secreting cells in the airways were scored.
