Motoneurons from 4 wild-type (+/+) and 5 Rnd3^{Gt(OST364657)Lex}/Rnd3^{Gt(OST364657)Lex} (gt/gt) mice were counted. Mutant mice show a significantly reduced number of motoneurons (1467 +/- 146 vs 2582 +/- 322, p<0.001 in a Student's t test).
