Representative microphotographs of hepatocytes from a control mouse injected with corn oil alone in the presence of doxycycline [Rb^lox/lox MYC^Off (WT)] and a mouse injected with tamoxifen in the absence of doxycycline, Rb1^tm3Tyj/Rb1^tm3Tyj Tg(tetO-MYC)36aBop/0 Tg(Cebpb-tTA)5Bjd/0 (Rb^delta/delta MYC^On) are shown. Arrows show a small nucleus in the control mouse and a large nucleus in the mutant mouse indicating increased ploidy in hepatocytes.
