Caption Atp6v1fem1(IMPC)J/Atp6v1fem1(IMPC)J embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/19), however excess resorption sites suggest mutants elicit a decidual response in vivo. Homozygous mutants are recovered at E3.5 and appear as early blastocysts. Mutants hatch from the zona and form outgrowths. RNA-seq data indicates robust post-zygotic expression.
