Phenotype Image Detail
Image
Caption Cct8em1(IMPC)J/Cct8em1(IMPC)J embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/19), however excess resorption sites suggest mutants elicit a decidual response in vivo. Homozygous mutants are recovered at E3.5 and appear as blastocysts. Mutants fail to hatch from the zona pellucida and are dead after 72hr in vitro, never forming outgrowths. RNA-seq data indicates robust maternal and post-zygotic expression. Additional information at websites.umass.edu/jmager/Cct8
