Haus4^em1(IMPC)J/Haus4^em1(IMPC)J embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/27), however there are excess resorption sites suggesting mutants elicit a decidual response in vivo. Homozygous mutants are recovered at expected ratios at E3.5 and appear as morula. Mutants hatch from the zona and form irregular outgrowths with trophectoderm and primitive endoderm cells but small/no inner cell mass colony. RNA-seq data indicates robust maternal and zygotic expression. Additional information at websites.umass.edu/jmager/Haus4
