4933427D14Rik^{tm1.1(KOMP)Vlcg}/4933427D14Rik^{tm1.1(KOMP)Vlcg} mutants are recovered in expected ratios at E7.5 but appear slightly smaller than littermates. At E8.5 mutants are considerably delayed. Most morphological hallmarks typical of E7.5 and E8.5 are present. Mutant embryos fail to properly turn and are dead at E9.5. Both LacZ reporter and RT-PCR indicate weak expression at E6.5, but then wide-spread expression in later stages. Additional information at websites.umass.edu/jmager/4933427D14Rik
