Caption Atp2b1tm1b(KOMP)Wtsi/Atp2b1tm1b(KOMP)Wtsi embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/38), nor are there excess resorption sites. Homozygous mutants are recovered at expected ratios at E3.5 and appear as early blastocysts. Mutants hatch from the zona and form outgrowths with apparent inner cell mass but limited/no trophectoderm or primitive endoderm cells. RT-PCR indicates robust maternal and post-implantation expression. Additional information at websites.umass.edu/jmager/Atp2b1
