Ppp1r35^{tm1.1(KOMP)Vlcg}/Ppp1r35^{tm1.1(KOMP)Vlcg} are recovered at Mendelian ratios at E7.5-E9.5. Mutants show consistent phenotype including developmental delay, failure to turn, ballooning pericardial sac and neural tube cell death. Both RT-PCR and knock-in LacZ reporter indicate wide-spread expression at post-implantation stages with notable absence in endoderm (VE and PE).
