Prim1^em1(IMPC)J/ Prim1^em1(IMPC)J embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/24), with some excess resorption sites. Homozygous mutants are recovered at ratios at E3.5 and appear as normal blastocysts. Mutants hatch from the zona and form outgrowths with apparent inner cell mass but limited/no trophectoderm or primitive endoderm cells. RT-PCR indicates robust maternal and post-implantation expression. Additional information at websites.umass.edu/jmager/Prim1
