Tomm20^em1(IMPC)J/Tomm20^em1(IMPC)J embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/29), however there are excess resorption sites suggesting mutants elicit a decidual response in vivo. Homozygous mutants are recovered at E3.5 and appear as blastocysts. Mutants do not hatch from the zona or form outgrowths. RNA-seq data indicates robust post-zygotic expression.
