Nup155^em1(IMPC)Mbp/Nup155^em1(IMPC)Mbp embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/26), however there are excess resorption sites suggesting mutants elicit a decidual response in vivo. Homozygous mutants are recovered at expected ratios at E3.5 and appear as early blastocysts. Mutants do not hatch from the zona or form outgrowths. RNA-seq data indicates robust expression.
