Wdr73^em1(IMPC)J/Wdr73^em1(IMPC)J embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/26), however there are excess resorption sites suggesting mutants elicit a decidual response in vivo. Homozygous mutants are recovered at E3.5 and appear as blastocysts. Mutants hatch from the zona and form irregular outgrowths. RNA-seq data indicates robust maternal and zygotic expression.
