Ttk^em1(IMPC)J/Ttk^em1(IMPC)J embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/26), however excess resorption sites suggest mutants elicit a decidual response in vivo. Homozygous mutants are recovered at E3.5 and appear as blastocysts. Mutants hatch from the zona and form outgrowths with apparent trophectoderm and primitive endoderm cells, but small inner cell mass. RNA-seq data indicates robust maternal and post-zygotic expression. Additional information at websites.umass.edu/jmager/Ttk
