Smarce1^em1(IMPC)J/Smarce1^em1(IMPC)J mutants are recovered at lower than expected ratios at E3.5, but both male and female mutants are present. At E7.5, out of 56 embryos 3 mutants were recovered, but appeared as Reichert's membrane only. Mutants appear as blastocysts. Mutants hatch from the zona and form outgrowths. RNA-seq data indicates robust maternal and post-8-cell expression. Additional information at websites.umass.edu/jmager/Smarce1
