Ddx10^em1(IMPC)Bay/Ddx10^em1(IMPC)Bay embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/27). Homozygous mutants are recovered at E3.5 and appear as dying morula. Mutants fail to hatch from the zona and are dead after 72 outgrowth assay. RNA-seq data indicate robust post-zygotic expression. Additional information at websites.umass.edu/jmager/Ddx10
