Cdin1^em1(IMPC)J/Cdin1^em1(IMPC)J embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/45), nor are the excess resorption sites. Homozygous mutants are recovered at E3.5 in expected ratios and appear as normal blastocysts. Mutants hatch from the zona and form typical outgrowth colonies.
