Lsm2^em1(IMPC)Bay/Lsm2^em1(IMPC)Bay embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/35). Homozygous mutants are recovered at E3.5 and appear as blastocysts. Mutants hatch from the zona and form irregular outgrowths. RNA-seq data indicates robust post-zygotic expression. Additional information at websites.umass.edu/jmager/Lsm2
