Mrpl41^em1(IMPC)Bay/Mrpl41^em1(IMPC)Bay are recovered at expected Mendelian ratios at E7.5. Mutants show consistent phenotype including severe developmental delay, poorly organized extraembryonic tissues, and some Brachyury (T)-positive cells.
