Skic3^em1(IMPC)Tcp/Skic3^em1(IMPC)Tcp mutants can be recovered at E7.5 but are much smaller than littermates. Mutants show a consistent phenotype including severe developmental delay as small egg cyclinders with poorly organized extra embryonic tissues.
