Dhx15^em1(IMPC)Tcp/Dhx15^em1(IMPC)Tcp embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/37), however excess resorption sites suggest mutants elicit a decidual response in vivo. Homozygous mutants are recovered at E3.5 and appear as blastocysts. However, when cultured in outgrowth conditions, mutants fail to hatch from the zona.
