Phenotype Image Detail
Image
Caption Cog1em1(IMPC)Bay/Cog1em1(IMPC)Bay embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/30), however excess resorption sites suggest mutants elicit a decidual response in vivo. Homozygous mutants are recovered at E3.5 and appear as early blastocysts. Mutants hatch from the zona and form irregular outgrowths with poorly defined inner cell mass. RNA-seq data indicates robust maternal and post-2 cell expression. Additional information at websites.umass.edu/jmager/Cog1
