Phenotype Image Detail
Image
Caption Sepsecsem1(IMPC)Tcp/Sepsecsem1(IMPC)Tcp are recovered at expected Mendelian ratios at E7.5. Mutants show consistent phenotype including severe developmental delay as small egg cylinders, poorly organized extraembryonic tissues, and no Brachyury (T)-positive cells. RNA-seq data indicates robust maternal, zygotic and post-2-cell expression. Additional information at websites.umass.edu/jmager/Sepsecs
