Srfbp1^em1(IMPC)J/Srfbp1^em1(IMPC)J embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/31), nor are there excess reabsorption sites. Homozygous mutants can be recovered at E3.5 and appear as compacting morula. Mutants fail to hatch from the zona and are dead after 72hr in vitro outgrowth culture. RNA-seq data indicates robust post-zygotic expression.
