Image
Caption Sec61gem1(IMPC)J/Sec61gem1(IMPC)J embryos cannot be recovered at E7.5 (0/30), however excess reabsorption sites suggest mutants elicit a decidual response in vivo. Homozygous mutants can be recovered in expected ratios at E3.5 and appear as early blastocysts. Mutants fail to hatch from the zona and are dead after 72hr in vitro outgrowth culture. RNA-seq data indicates robust expression. Additional information at websites.umass.edu/jmager/sec61g
