Caption A) The Ackr4tm1Ccbl allele was generated by replacing the N-terminal half of the coding exon 4 of the Ackr4 gene in frame by an EGFP and a neomycin cassette. Restriction sites and probes that were used for Southern blot analyses to identify recombined ES cell clones are indicated: H, HindIII, A, AvrII.
