Caption (A) Schematic diagram represents the conditional targeting of the Tmem100 gene. Exon 3 was floxed by loxP sites, generating the Tmem100tm2.1Ysai allele. Cre-mediated recombination can be used to conditionally remove the floxed exon 3.
